  • Mark Mikhael, PharmD

    Mark Mikhael, PharmD

    Mark Mikhael joined the Olympia family in January of 2024 and currently serves as Chief Executive Officer. He earned his Doctorate in Pharmacy from Florida A&M University, graduating Magna Cum Laude. Mark began his pharmacy career in clinical and sterile compounding environments, building a strong foundation in patient care, regulatory compliance, and pharmacy operations.

    Over the course of his career, Mark has held senior leadership roles across the pharmacy industry, including Director of Pharmacy, Vice President of Operations, Chief Pharmacy Officer, and Chief Pharmacy Strategy Officer. He has overseen multi-site pharmacy operations, led the opening of new locations, driven revenue growth, and achieved Joint Commission accreditation across expanding organizations. Now, as CEO of Olympia Pharmaceuticals and Wesley Pharmaceuticals, Mark brings decades of pharmacy leadership, operational expertise, and strategic vision to guide the continued growth and innovation of the organization.

    Stan Loomis, RPh, is an award-winning pharmacist and entrepreneur with extensive expertise in sterile compounding. Over the course of his career, he has launched and managed more than 15 pharmacies, scaling them into thriving multi-million-dollar enterprises.

    Driven by a passion for philanthropy and mentorship, Stan is committed to empowering the next generation of pharmacists with fulfilling, well-balanced career paths. Among his most notable achievements, he played a pivotal role in guiding Olympia Pharmaceuticals and Olympia Pharmacy through a major expansion, growing their operations to over 85,000 square feet.

    A proud alumnus of Florida A&M University (FAMU), Stan was recently honored with the Distinguished Alumni Award, a testament to his lasting impact on both the profession and his community.

Born and raised in Ohio as a first-generation college student, Naomi’s journey is a testament to perseverance and vision. She not only earned her place in the pharmacy profession but also built Olympia Pharmacy and Pharmaceuticals into a thriving multi-million-dollar enterprise.

    Passionate about fostering career opportunities in compounding, Naomi advocates for a strong work-life balance for pharmacists while advancing innovation in the field. To honor her roots and support the next generation, she established the John Paul Foundation Scholarship at The Ohio State University College of Pharmacy, providing financial assistance to aspiring pharmacy students pursuing their dreams.

    Taylor Fritzler joined the Olympia family in July of 2023 after graduating Cum Laude from the University of Florida College of Pharmacy. During her time at the University of Florida, Taylor was very involved in pharmacy extracurriculars and outreach.

    Dr. Fritzler is an alumna of the Rho Chi Academic Society, former Student Ambassador for the UF College of Pharmacy, and previously served as the Clinic Organizer for the Knight’s Clinic and Apopka Clinic, which both serve underrepresented communities in the Greater Orlando area.

    Dr. Fritzler comes from a family of pharmacists and has always been inspired to pursue this career. After work, you may find Taylor at the local bookstore, thrifting at an estate sale, cooking a new recipe or watching Love Island on the couch with her husband.

    Sterile Pharmacist

    Jonathan Ramnauth joined the Olympia family in September of 2021 after acquainting himself with non-sterile compounding with his previous employer. Jonathan began his pharmacy journey during his undergraduate studies at the University of Florida, where he obtained his Bachelor of Arts in 2012. While studying, he explored various avenues within the healthcare field, landing on his enthusiasm for how medications work in the human body. His eagerness to study pharmacy led him to work as a Pharmacist Technician at CVS in 2013 while applying to pharmacy school. In 2014, he graciously accepted a seat at the University of Florida College of Pharmacy where his excitement and enthusiasm for this profession was only ignited further.

    Jonathan started in the front line at Olympia Pharmaceuticals, where he was then promoted to the sterile department after 6 months. During his time in the sterile department, Jonathan has attained the title of Preceptor from multiple universities where he dedicates his time to teaching the young minds of future pharmacy students. He wishes to nurture and share his excitement for his profession in order to pave the road for future generations. Jonathan has also attained his Consulting License and Collaborative Practice agreement, along with many other certifications through the help of Olympia Pharmaceuticals.

    Jonathan spends his leisure time going to the gym and socializing with his colleagues from pharmacy school. Jonathan’s adventurous personality leads him to travel to as many places as his energy will allow him, constantly on the hunt for making memories and enjoying life to its fullest.

  • Michael Bogard, PharmD

    Michael Bogard joined the Olympia family in August of 2022 and currently serves as Director of Pharmacy. He earned his Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Belmont University after completing his undergraduate studies in biochemistry at The University of Texas at Dallas. Michael’s pharmacy journey began early, working his way up through roles as a pharmacy technician, intern, and pharmacist across multiple retail pharmacy environments.

    After graduating from pharmacy school, Michael built a strong leadership background as a pharmacy manager with both Walgreens and CVS Health, where he focused on workflow optimization, team development, and performance improvement. He led high-performing teams, implemented operational efficiencies, and consistently improved patient care metrics. Now, Michael oversees pharmacy operations at Olympia, bringing together his clinical expertise, operational leadership, and passion for building scalable, high-quality pharmacy systems.

    Kate Campbell, PharmD, is the Director of Pharmacy at Olympia Pharmacy. She is a proud alumna of the University of Florida, graduating Cum Laude with a bachelor’s degree in biology and a doctorate in pharmacy.

    Dr. Campbell’s previous work experiences in retail and hospital pharmacy have led to a passion for whole-person care and preventative medicine, prompting her shift towards compounding. In her pursuit, she has become a certified hormone replacement therapy specialist with a focus on bioidentical hormone replacement therapy for females.

    In her personal time, Kate loves connecting with her family and friends. She especially enjoys getting out on the water, playing pickleball and trying new restaurants.

    Nicole Snow joined the Olympia family in April 2022 as the pharmacist in charge of our 503A compounding pharmacy. Nicole began her journey in pharmacy in the home infusion and specialty pharmacy area. Following her graduation from University of Missouri – KC, Nicole moved to Florida in 2014 as a compounding pharmacist for Florida Hospital Home Infusion.

    Since her time at Olympia Pharmaceuticals, Nicole has expanded her PIC role into Director of Pharmacy and then over to the clinical department and currently leads our clinical pharmacist team. During her time at Olympia Pharmaceuticals, Nicole has gained several additional state licenses as well as become a Board Certified Sterile Compounding Pharmacist.

    During her free time, Nicole spends time with her young daughter, husband and yellow lab in the outdoors and exploring central Florida’s activities.

    Karen Albury joined the Olympia family in September of 2024 and currently serves as a Clinical Pharmacy Liaison. She earned her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Wilkes University, where she was an active member of Kappa Psi. Karen began her pharmacy career in retail and specialty pharmacy settings, developing a strong foundation in patient care, clinical services, and team leadership.

    Prior to joining Olympia, Karen spent over a decade with Walmart, where she held several leadership roles including Pharmacy Manager, Pharmacy Clinical Services Manager, and Market Health & Wellness Director. Throughout her career, she has focused on training teams, driving results, and advancing clinical pharmacy services. Now, Karen works closely with providers and internal teams at Olympia, leveraging her clinical background and operational experience to support patient outcomes and pharmacy partnerships.
